克立硼罗软膏联合贝复新凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果观察

Effects of Crisaborole ointment combined with Beifuxin gel on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis

目的 探讨克立硼罗软膏联合贝复新凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效.方法 采取随机数字表法将天津市公安医院自2021年11月-2022年8月确诊的60例激素依赖性皮炎患者分成两组,每组各30例,对照组患者早晚外用贝复新凝胶;观察组患者早晚外用贝复新凝胶,待凝胶干燥后再外用克立硼罗软膏,两组疗程均为28天,对比两组患者临床疗效、症状积分、VISIA绝对分值以及皮肤病生活质量指数,同时观察两组患者的不良反应.结果 两组治疗前自觉症状、客观体征评分及症状总积分均较高,VISIA红区分值、纹理分值、斑点分值均较高,DLQI评分较高.观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比,自觉症状、客观体征评分及症状总积分均较低,VISIA红区分值较低,DLQI评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组有4例患者在治疗第1-2天出现面部红斑伴瘙痒不适,未进行处理,3-5天自行缓解.克立硼罗安全性值得肯定.结论 克立硼罗软膏联合贝复新凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效明显,有效改善了相应的症状,皮肤检测结果较好,也由此改善了患者的生活质量,安全性较高.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Crisaborole ointment combined with Beifuxin gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Method Sixty cases of hormone-dependent dermatitis diagnosed in our hospital from November 2021 to August 2022 were divided into 30 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given topical bevosin gel in the morning and evening,while patients in the observation group were given topical bevosin gel in the evening and evening,and then received topical clariborol ointment after the gel was dried.The treatment course of both groups was 28 days.Clinical efficacy,symptom score,VISIA absolute score and dermatological life quality index were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the scores of conscious symptoms,objective signs and total symptom score of the two groups were higher,VISIA red zone score,texture score and spot score were higher,and DLQI score was higher.After treatment,the scores of conscious symptoms,objective signs and total symptom score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and VISIA red zone score was lower.DLQI score was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,4 patients developed facial erythema with pruritus discomfort on the 1-2 days of treatment,which was not treated,and resolved spontaneously on 3-5 days.The safety of Crisaborole worthy of affirmation.Conclusion Crisaborole ointment combined with Befoxin gel has obvious efficacy in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,which can effectively improve the corresponding symptoms,the skin test results are better,and thus improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.
