摘要
目前地铁车辆架大修仍采用计划预防修理制度,即首先摸清设备的损伤规律,然后确定其使用期限,再在此基础上确定检修修程和检修周期,使设备在运用中产生的损伤尚未达到极限时就加以修复。这种维修模式需要投入大量人力、设备、物资等维修资源,容易造成过度修,且在传统人工纸质管理为主的模式下,资源利用率低下,停车维修周期长,管理难度大,维修成本高等。本文介绍的解决方案是在信息化技术快速发展和国家深入推进轨道交通信息化、智能化发展的背景下,利用精益理念,优化地铁车辆架大修车间工艺布局和物资的存储、流转,并利用智能化的硬件与信息化的软件管理平台相结合的方式,推动车辆架大修向精细化、信息化、数字化、智能化发展。
At present,the planned preventive repair system is still adopted in the overhaul of subway vehicle frame,that is,first find out the damage law of equipment,then determine its service life,and finally determine the maintenance schedule and cycle on this basis,so that the equipment can be repaired when the damage caused by operation has not reached the limit.This maintenance mode needs to invest a large amount of manpower,equipment,materials and other maintenance resources,which can easily lead to excessive repair.In addition,the traditional manual paper management mode has the disadvantages of low utilization rate of resources,long parking maintenance cycle,difficult management and high maintenance cost.Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and the country′s in-depth promotion of information and intelligent development of rail transit,the solution introduced in this paper is to optimize the process layout and material storage and circulation of subway vehicle frame overhaul workshop by using lean concept,and to promote the development of vehicle frame overhaul to refinement,informatization,digitalization and intelligence by combining intelligent hardware with information software management platform.
