摘要
为绿色高效地清除羽绒材料表面沾染的污渍,以泥渍、油渍为实验对象,借助紫外可见分光光度计和高精度电子天平,探究了污渍浓度与其吸附量的量效关系,并借助扫描电子显微镜详细分析了不同污渍的吸附状态及其形貌。研究发现:污渍浓度对羽绒吸附污渍的影响不显著;羽绒对油渍的吸附量大于对泥渍的吸附量;油渍均匀吸附于羽绒表面,泥渍以细小颗粒状吸附于羽绒表面。
In order to remove the stains on the surface of down materials in a green and efficient way,taking mud stains and oil stains as experimental objects,the quantity effect relationship between the concentration of stains and their adsorption capacity was systematically explored with the help of ultraviolet absorbance meter and high-precision electronic balance,and the adsorption state and morphology of different stains were analyzed in detail with SEM.It was found that the influence of the stain concentration on the adsorption of the down was not significant;the adsorption capacity of down to oil stains was greater than that of mud stains;oil stains were evenly adsorbed on the surface of down,and mud stains were stuck on the surface of down in fine particles.
