掘进工作面风流与粉尘运移规律及控尘技术分析

摘要 为有效降低花园煤矿掘进工作面高浓度粉尘的有害影响,选定花园煤矿五采区西翼轨道巷掘进工作面作为研究对象,通过仿真数值模拟,对比分析了传统单一压入式通风以及长压短抽式通风方式,并在工程现场进行了实测验证,分析研究得到了掘进面风流-粉尘两相流运移分布规律,长压短抽式通风方式较传统单一式通风方式更为有效,除尘率可达70%以上,可有效防控粉尘问题。 In order to effectively reduce the harmful effects of high concentration dust in the heading face of Huayuan Coal Mine,the heading face of the west wing track roadway in the fifth mining area of Huayuan Coal Mine is selected as the research object in this paper.Through simulation numerical simulation,the traditional single forced ventilation and long forced short pumped ventilation are compared and analyzed,and the actual measurement verification is carried out in the project site.The analysis and research results show that the movement and distribution law of air flow and dust two-phase flow in the heading face is obtained,the long pressure short pumping ventilation mode is more effective than the traditional single ventilation mode.The dust removal rate can reach more than 70%,which can effectively prevent and control the dust problem.
