摘要
对一个现代生产制造型企业来说,生产管理的目的是适时、适量、适价的生产出满足客户需求的产品,也就是人们常说的QCT。如果无法转型升级实现信息化的生产管理,会出现员工之间、部门之间会存在着信息交换的滞后性,影响生产计划的正常展开,造成订单无法按期交付,额外增加企业的成本负担,员工的个人工作量与工作效率无法准确监测与衡量,进而会产生客户的抱怨,甚至是更严重的损失等诸多弊端。因此在信息化时代下,制造型企业的核心任务即生产管理进行信息化。
For a modern manufacturing enterprise,The purpose of production management is to produce timely,appropriate and affordable products to meet customer needs.Also known as QCT.If the transformation and upgrading to achieve information-based production management is not possible,There will be a lag in information exchange between employees and departments.Affect the normal development of production plan,As a result,orders cannot be delivered on schedule,which increases the cost burden of enterprises.The individual workload and work efficiency of employees cannot be accurately monitored and measured.And then there will be customer complaints,even more serious losses and many other abuses.Therefore,in the information age,the core task of manufacturing enterprises is production management information.
