钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Internal Fixation with Plate and Screw in the Treatment of Traumatic Fractures of Long Tubular Bone of Extremities

目的:探讨钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月安顺市人民医院收治的74例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组应用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,研究组实施钢板螺钉内固定治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况、疼痛程度、生活自理能力、运动功能及康复指标。结果:治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组视觉模拟评分法评分低于基础组,日常生活能力量表、Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组引流量、功能康复及住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床效果较好,可降低并发症发生率,改善患者运动功能,提高生活自理能力,缩短整体康复时间。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with plate and screw in the treatment of traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities.Methods:A total of 74 patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities were selected at Anshun People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment plans,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails,and the research group was treated with plate and screw fixation.The treatment effect,incidence of complications,pain degree,self-care ability,motor function and rehabilitation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,ADL and FMA scores were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the drainage volume,functional recovery time and hospitalization time of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation with plates and screws has a better clinical effect in the treatment of traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'motor function,improve self-care ability,and shorten the overall recovery time.
