老年原发性高血压患者实施个性延续化护理的效果

Effect of Individualized Continuous Nursing in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨在老年原发性高血压患者护理过程中实施个性延续化护理的临床价值和影响。方法:选取2019年5月—2021年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的老年原发性高血压患者120例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组(个性延续化护理)和对照组(常规护理模式),各60例。观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组躯体疼痛、生理功能、心理状态、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疾病认知优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:在老年原发性高血压护理过程中实施个性延续化护理,患者的护理满意度更高,血压控制效果理想,有利于加深患者对高血压的认知,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical value and influence of individualized continuous nursing in the elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021,and they were divided into experimental group(individualized continuous nursing)and the control group(routine nursing model)according to the random number table method,with 60 cases each.The clinical nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the body pain,physiological function,psychological state,and social function scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disease cognition rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized continuous nursing in the elderly patients with essential hypertension can lead to higher nursing satisfaction of patients and ideal blood pressure control effect,which is conducive to deepening patients'awareness of hypertension and improving their quality of life.
