自制简易水封瓶固定装置在胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Self-made Simple Water-sealed Bottle Fixation Device in Nursing Care of Patients after Thoracoscopic Lobectomy

目的:探讨在胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者护理中,采用自制简易水封瓶固定装置的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—12月玉环市人民医院行胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者应用自制简易水封瓶固定装置的32例为试验组,以2018年1月—12月本院未应用该装置的胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者32例为对照组。比较两组固定效果和患者生活质量、并发症发生率。结果:胸腔闭式引流后,试验组引流管滑脱、管移位,水封瓶意外倾倒发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045);两组患者生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于引流前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:在胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者护理中,采用自制简易水封瓶固定装置,可有效提高水封瓶固定效果,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made simple water-sealed bottle fixation device in the nursing of patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:Thirty-two patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy were treated with self-made simple water-sealed bottle fixing device as the test group at Yuhuan City People's Hospital from January to December 2019,32 patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy who did not use the device were selected as the control group from January to December 2018.The fixed effects,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After closed thoracic drainage,the incidence of drainage tube slipping,tube displacement,and accidental dumping of water-sealed bottles in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045);the score of QOL in both groups was higher than before drainage,and the test group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy,the use of self-made simple water-sealed bottle fixation device can effectively improve the effect of water-sealed bottle fixation,reduce the incidence of postoperative compli⁃cations,and improve the quality of life.
