临床护理在老年脑梗死患者用药治疗期间的效果

目的:探讨临床护理在老年脑梗死患者用药治疗期间的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月苍南县第三人民医院收治的老年脑梗死患者200例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予临床护理。比较两组患者治疗依从性、神经功能、生活质量、住院时间、不良反应及复发率。结果:护理后,研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组不良反应及复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:临床护理在老年脑梗死患者用药治疗期间的应用效果较好,能够提高患者的治疗依从性,改善神经功能受损情况,提升生活质量,缩短住院时间,避免不良反应及病情的复发。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing during drug treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected at the Cangnan Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022,and were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the research group was treated with clinical nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,neurological function,quality of life,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the treatment compliance of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the neurological deficit score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the hospitalization time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction is better,which can improve the patient's treatment compliance,improve the neurological impairment,improve the quality of life,shorten the hospitalization time,and avoid adverse reactions and disease recurrence.
