世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化范式是解析世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化普遍规律的创新研究,它由世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化理论与实践共同体成员共有的人才培养信念与价值观、理论模型与实践框架、范例或技术路线等构成。基于办学地理空间与地理范围的不同,世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化范式可划分为全球性大学范式、区域枢纽范式、国际大都市范式与在地国际化范式。世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化范式之间存在局部不可通约性,相互之间存在一定的关联。借鉴世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化范式的经验,中国高校应以人类命运共同体理念为指引,注重国际化顶尖人才价值观的培养,推动国际化顶尖人才的全要素培养,注重顶尖人才培养的国际化范式的特殊性和发展性,终而构建世界一流大学顶尖人才培养的国际化中国范式。

The internationalization paradigm of top talent training in world-class universities is an innovative research to analyze the universal law of internationalization of top talent training in world-class universities.It is composed of talent training beliefs and values,theoretical models and practical frameworks,examples or technical routes shared by members of the internationalization theory and practice community of top talent training in world-class universities.Based on the differences between the geographical space and geographical scope of running a school,the internationalization paradigm of training top talents in world-class universities can be divided into global university paradigm,regional hub paradigm,international metropolis paradigm and internationalization-at-home paradigm.There is partial incommensurability between the internationalization paradigms of top talent training in world-class universities,and there is a certain correlation between them.Drawing on the experience of the internationalization paradigm of top talents training in world-class universities,China's universities should pay attention to the cultivation of the values of international top talents under the guidance of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,promote the total factor cultivation of international top talents,pay attention to the particularity and development of the internationalization paradigm of training top talents,and finally build a Chinese internationalization paradigm for training top talents in world-class universities.
