高水平综合性大学办教师教育与学生发展的互构--基于A大学学科教学专业硕士生视角的质性研究

摘要 高水平综合性大学办教师教育是基础教育师资培养、高质量教师供给、民众高教育期待的因应诉求。通过访谈A大学19名学科教学专业硕士生,运用院校影响I-E-O模型,从个体视角考察高水平综合性大学办教师教育与学生发展的互构,以透视其实践成效与育人质量。研究发现:学生外因主导的报考策略使其专业发展让位于教育机会获得;本科教育背景差异引致学生就读体验的不同,呈现出“如鱼得水型”“扬长补短型”“内忧外患型”三类适应情况。这形成了学生个体与院校结构间的互构生态,进而反映出学生从向外借力到内在探索的行动转向、“低满足-高满意”的教育结果,以及综合性大学办教师教育的独特优势与阶段性不足。为此,国家要加大政策支持力度,提供充分的资源保障;综合性大学要扬长避短,加大生源甄选力度;学生要达成报考策略与自我发展的耦合,理性做出教育选择。 Teacher education in high-level comprehensive university is a response to teachers training for basic education,supply of high-quality teachers,and people's high education expectations.Through interviews with 19 master students majoring in subject teaching from University A and using the I-E-O model of institutional influence,we investigate the interconstruction of teacher education in high-level comprehensive university and students'development from individual perspective,so as to understand the practical effectiveness and education quality of teacher education in high-level comprehensive university.The study finds that students'external factors-led application strategies make their professional development give way to education opportunities;The differences in undergraduate education background lead to the differences in students'experiences in university,showing three types of adaptations:"like a fish in the water","building on strengths and complementing weaknesses",and"internal worries and external troubles".These form an interactive ecology between student individuals and institutional structure,which in turn reflects the students'shift from external borrowing to inner exploration,the education result of"low matching-high satisfaction",and the unique advantages and staged deficiency of teacher education in high-level comprehensive university.To this end,the state should increase policy support and provide adequate resource guarantees.Comprehensive universities should give full play to their strengths and avoid their weaknesses,and set criteria for students to select suitable trainers.Students should reach the coupling of application strategies and self-development and make educational choices rationally.
