研究型大学教学型职称制度改革:困境与出路--基于S校的个案研究 被引量:3

摘要 在研究型大学不断深化教师评价改革、激发教师队伍活力的过程中,教学型职称制度改革扮演着重要角色。文章以某研究型大学S校为个案展开了调查,发现当前实践的主要困难在于:“教学工作量”和“教学成果”的指标存在观点分歧;制度实施的“工具化”和“边缘化”的特征较为明显。在调查结果的基础上,文章提出,研究型大学下一阶段应将这一制度的定位由“信号灯”过渡到“稳定器”,并进一步发挥院系、同行、毕业生在教师评价中的关键作用,关注评价对象的差异性,突出评价材料的过程性。此外,健全教学考核、资金投入、专业支持等方面的相关制度,也将助力教学型职称制度的实施。 In the process of deepening the reform of teacher evaluation and stimulating the vitality of teaching staff in research universities,the reform of academic promotion system for teaching ranks plays an important role.The article conducted an investigation using a research university S as a case study and found that the main difficulties in current practice are:there are differences in opinions on the indicators of"teaching workload"and"teaching achievement";the characteristics of"instrumentalization"and"marginalization"in institutional implementation are relatively obvious.Based on the survey results,the article proposes that research universities should transition the positioning of this system from a"signal light"to a"stabilizer"in the next stage,and further play the key role of departments,peers,and graduates in teacher evaluation,paying attention to the differences in evaluation objects,and highlighting the procedural nature of evaluation materials.In addition,improving the relevant systems for teaching assessment,financial investment,and professional support will also assist in the implementation of academic promotion system for teaching ranks.
