基于学生画像的高校精准思政研究

进入新时代,提高高校思想政治教育的精准性和针对性是适应时代变化和教育对象新特征的必然要求,文章借助大数据学生画像技术探索高校精准思政实现路径,形成高校思政工作新模式。基于基础数据资源整合进行需求分析和标签设计,构建学生画像模型,以问题检测为切入口精准识别学生需求,精准开展思政教育工作,并对育人效果进行动态反馈。及时评估调节,帮助思政工作者把握育人时机,提升思政教育实效,实现全过程动态监管和实时预警。基于学生画像开展精准思政工作时,需要加强高校数据资源建设,提高思政教育大数据集成程度,同时还需加强学生画像技术伦理监管,遵守大数据道德观念。基于学生画像技术构建的高校精准思政工作可以实现以生为本,因材施教,对思政工作提质增效具有重要意义。
