摘要
应用行动者网络理论针对高校廉政档案文化建设问题展开探讨,不仅具有较大的理论创新空间,也具有较强的现实借鉴价值。多元效益与共同目标是高校廉政档案文化建设的触发点,全要素管控是高校廉政档案文化全周期管理的首要任务,共建共治共享是高校廉政档案文化建设的重要工作原则。高校廉政档案文化建设行动者网络构建可通过问题呈现、利益赋予、招募成员和行动动员四个环节实现。
The application of actor network theory to explore the issue of the construction of clean government archives culture in universities not only has big space for theoretical innovation,but also has a strong practical reference value.Multiple benefits and common goals are the trigger points for the construction of clean government archives culture in universities;full element control is the primary task of the full cycle management of clean government archives culture in universities;joint construction,governance and sharing is the important working principle for the construction of clean government archives culture in universities.The construction of actor network for building clean government archives culture in universities can be achieved through four links:problem presentation,benefit conferral,member recruitment and action mobilization.
