电子健康档案区域共享机制构建探析

Construction of Regional Sharing Mechanism for Electronic Health Records

2016年开始,国家全面推进健康医疗大数据应用,使得电子健康档案区域共享的实现受到广泛关注。文章深入梳理健康医疗大数据应用体系建设历程,总结出电子健康档案在政策、基础设施、实践经验方面具备区域共享基础。据此,提出加快数据化资源建设、促进网络化平台融合、增大规模化应用力度三方面运行机制,为电子健康档案在区域医疗服务、研究和管理方面的持续融合发展提供有力支撑。

Since 2016,China has comprehensively promoted the application of health care big data,which has made the realization of regional sharing of electronic health records receive wide attention.By deeply combing the construction history of health care big data application system,it is concluded that electronic health records have the foundation for regional sharing in terms of policy,infrastructure and practical experience.Accordingly,three operational mechanisms are proposed to accelerate the construction of data-based resources,promote the integration of networked platforms,and increase the scale of application so as to provide strong support for the continuous integrated development of electronic health records in regional medical services,research and management.
