摘要
目的:建立基于熵权-TOPSIS法的河南省医学重点学科综合评价方法。方法:基于河南省医学重点学科三级评价指标体系设计调查表,对2016年批准建立的省直医疗卫生单位的142个医学重点学科负责人进行问卷调查,收集2016至2020年学科建设产出数据。采用熵权法计算各指标的权重,采用TOPSIS法计算综合得分指数C,根据C进行学科排序。结果:问卷有效回收率100%。获得国家级成果的权重最高(9.090%),其次是培养国家级高层次人才(7.692%)。根据各学科综合得分指数排序,排名前30的学科中4个是国家重点专科,20个位居2021年中国医院学科科技量值排行榜。结论:指标权重契合学科发展现状;熵权-TOPSIS法在医学重点学科的综合评价中表现出较好的综合性和较强的客观性。
Aim:To comprehensively evaluate key medical disciplines in Henan Province based on entropy weight-TOPSIS method.Methods:A questionnaire was designed based on the three-level evaluation index system of key medical disciplines in Henan Province.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the heads of 142 key medical disciplines in provincial medical and health units approved to be established in 2016 to collect the output data of discipline construction from 2016 to 2020.The weight of each index was calculated by entropy weight method,and the comprehensive score index was calculated by TOPSIS method.Results:Effective response rate of the questionaire was 100%.The highest weight was obtaining the national reward(9.090%),followed by training high-level talents at the national level(7.692%).The comprehensive score index was used to rank the disciplines.Among the top 30 disciplines,4 were national key specialties,and 20 joined in the Chinese Hospital Science and Technology Ranking in 2021.Conclusion:The index weight fits the development of the disciplines,and entropy weight-TOPSIS method shows good comprehensiveness and strong objectivity in the comprehensive evaluation of key medical disciplines.
