2022年济宁市成年人吸烟现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of adult smoking in Jining in 2022

目的:了解济宁市成年人吸烟现状及影响因素。方法:2021年12月至2022年8月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取济宁市18岁及以上常住(在调查地居住满6个月以上)居民5354人进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括调查对象的性别、年龄、现居住地、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业等人口学资料;吸烟、二手烟暴露情况,烟草/烟卷危害知识知晓情况等。采用Log-binomial回归分析筛选吸烟及现在吸烟的影响因素。结果:有效回收问卷5150份,有效回收率为96.2%。济宁市成年人吸烟率为28.1%,现在吸烟率为23.5%。男性、高年龄段、同居/已婚、分居/离异/丧偶、从事商业服务、从事行政干部及办事员、从事其他职业、二手烟接触≥1次/周既是吸烟的危险因素,也是现在吸烟的危险因素(P均<0.05)。从事家务、未就业是现在吸烟的危险因素,PR(95%CI)分别为1.349(1.053~1.728)、1.487(1.091~2.025)。知晓吸烟危害是吸烟和现在吸烟的保护因素,PR(95%CI)分别为0.597(0.462~0.772)和0.513(0.393~0.671)。结论:济宁市成年人居民吸烟率和现在吸烟率均较高,应当对具有吸烟危险因素行为的人群积极开展控烟工作。

Aim:To understand the smoking status and influencing factors of adult residents in Jining City.Methods:A total of 5354 permanent residents aged 18 years and above(having lived in the survey place for more than 6 months)in Jining were sampled by a multi-stage stratified random sampling method and a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted from December 2021 to August 2022.The contents of the questionnaire included demographic data such as gender,age,current residence,marital status,educational level and occupation of the respondents;smoking,secondhand smoke exposure,tobacco/cigarette hazard knowledge.Log-binomial regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of smoking and current smoking.Results:A total of 5150 effective questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 96.2%.The smoking rate of Jining adults was 28.1%,and the current smoking rate was 23.5%.Males,more than 35 years old,cohabitation or married,separated or divorced or widowed,engaged in business services,engaged in administrative cadres and office staff,engaged in other professions,secondhand smoke exposure≥1 time/week were the risk factors for both smoking and current smoking(P<0.05).Housework and non-employment were the risk factors for current smoking,PR(95%CI)was 1.349(1.053-1.728)and 1.487(1.091-2.025).Awareness of risk of smoking was the protective factor for smoking and current smoking,PR(95%CI)was 0.597(0.462-0.772)and 0.513(0.393-0.671).Conclusion:The smoking rate and current smoking rate of adult residents in Jining City are high,and tobacco control should be actively carried out for people with smoking risk factors.
