共同富裕作为社会主义的本质要求,规定着社会主义对外开放的取向和原则。在新发展阶段扎实推进共同富裕:一是要坚定实行积极主动的开放合作战略,积极学习借鉴人类文明创造的一切有益成果,以开放创新打破资本主义对技术的垄断。二是要正确处理好自立自强和开放合作的关系,不断提高发展的包容性和平衡性。三是要形成有利于高素质劳动者再生产的体制机制,使开放合作符合最广大人民的根本利益,在共建共享中激发各类市场主体活力,在实践创新中实施更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次的对外开放。

As an essential requirement of socialism,common prosperity stipulates the orientation and principles of socialist opening-up.In order to steadily promote common prosperity in the new development stage,firstly,we should firmly implement a proactive strategy of open cooperation,actively learn from all the beneficial achievements created by human civilization,and break the monopoly of capitalism on technology through open innovation.Secondly,we should correctly handle the relationship between self-reliance and open cooperation,and constantly improve the inclusiveness and balance of development.Thirdly,we should form an institutional mechanism that is conducive to the reproduction of high-quality workers,so that opening-up and cooperation meet the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people,stimulate the vitality of various market entities in the process of joint construction and sharing,and implement wider,broader,and deeper opening-up through practice and innovation.
