新时代大学生劳动教育与闲暇教育深度融合的路径探究 被引量:4

摘要 在新时代的历史方位,劳动和闲暇共同构成了追求和创造美好生活的“一体两面”。这为劳动教育和闲暇教育的深度融合提出新要求,也提供了现实可能性。作为中国特色社会主义事业的生力军,大学生不仅需要接受劳动教育,还需接受闲暇教育,二者的深度融合能够更加有效地实现教育目标。然而,现实中存在大学生劳动教育与闲暇教育之间相互脱节、撕扯的现象,脱离闲暇教育的劳动教育变得短视、狭隘,脱离劳动教育的闲暇教育显得浅薄、扁平。高校应立足于引领推动学生的全面发展,将劳动教育和闲暇教育作为一体进行谋划和安排,构建“一主线两增强”的教育机制,以价值主线引领课程目标融合,在劳动实践中延伸闲暇教育链条,在闲暇教育中丰富劳动实践内容与方式,使劳动教育和闲暇教育各司其职又相辅相成地提升学生创造美好生活的能力。 In the historical orientation of the new era,labor and leisure together form the“one of the two sides”in the pursuit and creation of a better life.This poses new requirements and provides practical possibilities for the deep integration of labor education and leisure education.As a new force in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students need not only labor education,but also leisure education.The deep integration of the two can achieve educational goals more effectively.However,in reality,there is a phenomenon of disconnection and tearing between labor education and leisure education for college students.Labor education without leisure education is short-sighted and narrow,while leisure education without labor education becomes shallow and flat.Colleges should focus on leading and promoting the comprehensive development of students,by planning and arranging labor education and leisure education as a whole.They should build an educational mechanism of“one main line and two enhancements”,to guide the integration of curriculum objectives with the value main line,extend the leisure education chain in labor practice,enrich the content and methods of labor practice in leisure education,and enable labor education and leisure education to perform their respective duties and complement each other,in order to enhance students'ability to pursue a better life.
