职业教育与产业融合共生的主体与驱动 被引量:4

摘要 职业教育与产业相对断裂发展,是我国经济实现高质量发展和教育服务经济社会发展需要的重要阻碍,有必要考查其实现融合共生的主体及其驱动。从高级别政府、地方政府、企业和职业院校等维度考察相关主体,构建以利益补偿驱动为核心,以工匠精神驱动、现代学徒驱动为导向,以创新驱动、专业驱动、产业驱动、政策驱动为支点的融合共生驱动体系,并从凸显利益补偿的机制设计、凝练创新改进的渠道优化、强化技能提升的路径选择、促进专业与产业融合贯通等方面提出加快职业教育与产业融合共生的举措。 The relatively broken integration of vocational education and industry is an important obstacle for China's economy to achieve high-quality development and education to serve the needs of economic and social development.It is necessary to examine the main body and driving force of its integration and symbiosis.From the dimensions of high-level government,local government,enterprises and vocational colleges,the relevant subjects are investigated,and an integrated symbiotic driving system is constructed,which is centered on interest compensation,guided by craftsman spirit and modern apprenticeship,and driven by innovation,specialty,industry and policy.The measures to accelerate the integration and symbiosis of vocational education and industry are put forward from the aspects of highlighting the mechanism design of benefit compensation,streamlining the channel optimization of innovation and improvement,strengthening the path selection of skill upgrading,and promoting the integration and integration of specialty and industry.
