包装光电显示玻璃基板四角厚度差的控制

摘要 光电显示玻璃基板的包装质量对产品在客户端能否顺利投入使用至关重要,包装不良可能会造成客户端破片、吸附带片、膜层脱落等问题。其中,包装产品四角厚度差是其中一个影响包装质量的因素,通过研究制定出四角厚度差管控办法:用低摩擦系数的聚丙烯(PP)代替橡胶、超声测厚度参数优化和底板开槽等方法,可提高玻璃基板的包装品质,提升客户满意度和市场竞争力。 The packaging quality of photoelectric displays glass substrates is crucial for the smooth use of the product on the client side.Poor packaging may cause problems such as fragments,adhesive tapes,and film detachment.This article explores the factors affecting the variation in corner thickness during the packaging process and proposes control measures to mitigate this issue.These measures include replacing rubber with low-friction coefficient polypropylene(PP),utilizing ultrasonic thickness measurement,and incorporating slotting on the baseboard.The implementing methods can enhance the packaging quality of glass substrates,improve customer satisfaction,and enhance market competitiveness.
