《防护服装熔融金属飞溅防护服》标准的解读

摘要 解读GB 8965.3—2022《防护服装熔融金属飞溅防护服》的主要内容。将GB 8965.3—2022与ISO 11612—2015《Protective clothing—Clothing to protect against heat and flame—Minimum performance requirements》和FZ/T 64083—2021《防熔融金属飞溅织物》的主要技术指标进行对比,包括面料的理化性能、基本防护性能、隔热性能以及服装附件、辅料的技术与质量要求。指出:GB 8965.3—2022的制订完善了我国现有防护服装标准体系,为相关企业以及熔融金属飞溅防护产品的市场流通提供统一评价标准和技术支持。认为:GB 8965.3—2022对熔融金属飞溅防护服面料的性能指标考核要求更贴合冶金行业个体安全装备配备规范和市场需求,其实施有助于提高我国熔融金属飞溅防护服产品的质量技术水平。 Main contents of GB 8965.3—2022 Protective clothing—Clothing to protect against molten metal splash were explained.The main technology indexes of GB 8965.3—2022 were compared with those of ISO 11612—2015 Protective clothing—clothing to protect against heat and flame—minimum performance requirements and FZ/T 64083—2021 Fabrics for protection against molten metal splash including fabric physical and chemical property,basic protection property,heat insulation property,and technology and quality requirements of clothing accessories and accessories.It was pointed out that the formulation of GB 8965.3—2022 filled the gap of our current standard system on protective clothing.A unified evaluation standard and technology support were provided for related enterprises and the market circulation of molten metal splash products.It is considered that the performance indexes in GB 8965.3—2022 of molten metal splash protective clothing fabrics were more closely fit to the metallurgical industry specifications and market needs of individual safety equipment.The implementation of GB 8965.3—2022 would help improve the quality and technology level of molten metal splash protective clothing products in our country.
