摘要 为使生产、采购企业以及检测机构更好地理解和使用GB 8965.4—2022《防护服装防电弧服》,对其进行了解读。将GB 8965.4—2022与DL/T 320—2019《个人电弧防护用品通用技术要求》的差异进行了比较和分析,包括防护面料性能要求、里料性能要求、服装质量与要求、标识与包装等。认为:GB 8965.4—2022的发布实施,强化了对防电弧服的要求,其先进性和合理性有助于企业生产、检验、采购等环节的规范化,有助于保护相关作业场所劳动者的生命安全,符合国家、行业和企业的利益要求,将为电弧防护服的研究开发提供指导。 In order to make the production&procurement enterprises and testing institutions better understand and use GB 8965.4—2022 Protective clothing—arc flash protective clothing,the standard was analyzed.The differences between GB 8965.4—2022 and DL/T 320—2019 Performance requirements of personal arc protective equipment were compared and analyzed,including protective fabric performance requirements,lining material performance requirements,clothing quality and requirements,identification and packaging.It is considered that the publication and implementation of GB 8965.4—2022 will strengthen the requirements for arc protection clothing,its progressiveness and rationality is helpful to the standardization of production,inspection,procurement and other links of enterprises,which is helpful to protect the life safety of workers in relevant workplaces.It meet the interests of the country,industry and enterprises and provide guidance for research and development of arc protective clothing.
