摘要 为充分发挥USTER QUANTUM 3型清纱器的清纱效能,减少布面纱线疵点,对该清纱器的清纱疵点NSLT的分析方法和来源追溯进行研究。分析了NSLT纱疵的外形特点和产生原因。研究结果表明:利用清纱器的抓纱疵功能,将纱疵收集在纱疵卡上分析纱疵来源,结合用户反馈可进一步优化清纱工艺参数;通过清纱器的“概况”功能,可以观察某个班次某种纱疵概况和每个锭子的具体情况,对波动大的纱疵应分析原因,对纱疵出现频率高的锭子应追溯纱疵来源。认为:企业应建立纱疵监控数据、模拟图跟踪机制,制定跟踪计划,一旦发现纱疵数据和纱疵模拟图变化较大,可立即启动突发性纱疵分析机制,以减少布面质量波动、原材料消耗和机物料消耗。 In order to give full play to the clearing efficiency of USTER QUANTUM 3 yarn clearer and reduce yarn defects,analysis method of yarn clearer defects NSLT and its source tracing were studied.The appearance characteristics and causes of NSLT yarn defects were analyzed.The research results showed that using the function of yarn clearer to catch yarn defects,yarn defects were collected on the yarn defect card to analyze the yarn defects source,and the yarn clearing process parameters could be further optimized with user feedback.Through the function of general situation of the yarn clearer,general situation of certain yarn defects in a certain working shift and the specific situation of each spindle could be observed.The large fluctuating yarn defects should be analyzed.Reasons of spindle with high frequency of yarn defects should be analyzed,sources of the yarn defects should be traced back.It is considered that the enterprises should establish yarn defect monitoring data,simulation diagram tracking mechanism and develop a tracking plan.Once the yarn defect data and yarn defect simulation diagram was changed greatly,the sudden yarn defect analysis mechanism can be immediately started to reduce fabric quality fluctuation,raw material consumption and machine material consumption.
