无机硅酸盐涂料贮存稳定性影响因素的分析研究

摘要 提供一种无机矿物涂料的制备方法,通过制备过程中关键性材料的选取,解决现有无机涂料因配方要求高而无法选择其他填料、助剂或者乳胶,以及贮存过程中因硅酸钾自聚等反应导致的活性下降带来的附着力性能下降的技术问题,对无机涂料发展具有很大的意义。 A method of preparing inorganic mineral coatings is provided.Key materials in the preparation process are selected to solve technical problems such as the impossibility of selecting other fillers,additives or latexes due to high formula requirements of existing inorganic coatings and the decrease in adhesion performance due to the decrease in activity caused by self-polymerization and other reaction of potassium silicate in the storage process.This research is of great significance to the development of inorganic coatings.
