摘要 针对某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车型加速车内声品质较差问题,论文通过噪声频谱分析、模态测试及扰动验证等方法,确认该问题为压缩机总成模态被动力总成激励所引起,提升压缩机总成模态是解决问题的方向。借助计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析手段寻找优化方案,建立有限元模型,分析原压缩机总成一阶模态与所发生噪声频率接近。通过CAE优化压缩机支架,加强与发动机本体的连接,压缩机总成一阶模态频率提升至465Hz。通过实车验证,更换所选方案的支架后,车内205~250Hz共振带明显减弱,压缩机Y向振动及车内噪声在205~334Hz区间大幅减弱,整车加速车内噪声品质得到提升。 In view of the poor sound quality in the acceleration vehicle of a certain sport utility vehicle(SUV)model and the existence of sound quality problems,through noise spectrum analysis,modal test and disturbance verification,it is confirmed that the cause of the problem is caused by the excitation of the compressor assembly mode by the powertrain,and improving the compressor assembly mode is the direction to solve the problem,With the help of computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis,the optimization scheme is found,the finite element model is established,and the first mode of the original compressor assembly is analyzed to be close to the noise frequency.The compressor support is optimized by CAE to strengthen the connection with the engine body,and the first-order modal frequency of the compressor assembly is raised to 465 Hz.After the bracket of the selected scheme is replaced,the 205~250 Hz resonance band in the vehicle is significantly weakened,the Y-direction vibration of the compressor and the noise in the vehicle are significantly weakened in the 205~334 Hz range,and the noise quality in the vehicle is improved after the whole vehicle is accelerated.
