摘要
利用席夫碱反应将柠檬醛接枝到壳聚糖分子(CS)上,合成了一种两亲性改性壳聚糖(CS-La),并应用到非离子表面活性剂AEO-9制备的酞菁绿颜料分散体中。采用紫外可见吸收光谱、多重光散射仪、粒径以及Zeta电位分析仪等手段测定了CS-La对酞菁绿颜料分散体在不同温度、酸碱环境和电解质条件下的稳定性。结果表明,CS-La可以提高酞菁绿颜料分散体的电位,增大颗粒之间的排斥力,从而显著增强酞菁绿颜料分散体的分散稳定性,使分散体具有更佳的耐温变、耐酸碱和耐电解质的性能.
An amphiphilic modified chitosan(CS-La)is synthesized by grafting citral onto chitosan(CS)molecules by Schiff base reaction,and it is applied to phthalocyanine pigment dispersion prepared by non-ionic surfactant AEO-9.The effects of CS-La on the stability of Phthalocyanine Green pigment dispersions at different temper⁃ature,acid-base and electrolyte are measured by ultraviolet visible absorption spectrum,dynamic light scatter⁃ing device,particle size and Zeta potential analyzer.The results show that CS-La can increase the potential of Phthalocyanine Green pigment dispersion and increase the repulsive force between particles,therefore,the dis⁃persion stability of the dispersions can be significantly enhanced.The dispersions have good resistance to tem⁃perature change,acid,base and electrolyte.
