论气候责任的公平分配——基于人与自然和谐共生现代化的启示

On the Fair Distribution of Climate Responsibilities——Insights Based on the Modernization of the Harmony between Humanity and Nature

建议以中国式现代化的生态治理实践为突破口,以气候正义深化“共同但有区别责任原则”;主张按国家人口规模、地理位置差异、富裕人群多寡等因素来合理分配气候责任,以促进气候责任的公平分配。

It is suggested that a breakthrough should be made according to the practice of ecological governance of Chinese modernization,and the principle of“common but differentiated responsibilities”should be deepened through climate justice;and it is advocated that climate responsibilities be distributed reasonably according to the size of the population of a country,the difference in geographic location,and the amount of affluent people,so as to promote a fair distribution of climate responsibilities.
