数智赋能乡村旅游地振兴发展的机理与路径

The Mechanism and Ways of the Revitalization and Development of Rural Tourism Destinations Empowered by Digital Intelligence

5G、大数据、云技术、AI、区块链、元宇宙等数智技术对乡村旅游地的经济发展、产业升级及乡村治理有着重要作用,是新时代实现乡村旅游地高质量发展的新动能。面对当下乡村旅游地数智化转型中存在的科学管理能力不足,产业同质化严重;数智基础设施薄弱,数智化人才缺乏;数智化政策供给不足,治理水平滞后等问题,政府须做好顶层设计,完善政策体系,加快数智基础设施建设,构建数智乡村产业链,同时以数智技术赋能政府管理,构建多元协同治理机制。

G,big data,cloud technology,AI,block chain,metaverse,and other digital technologies play important roles in the economic development,industrial upgrading,and rural governance of rural tourism destinations.They are new drivers for achieving high-quality development of rural tourism destinations in the new era.However,there are still challenges in the digital transformation of rural tourism destinations,such as insufficient scientific management capabilities,severe industrial homogeneity,weak digital infrastructure,lack of digital talent,inadequate policy supply,and lagging governance level.To address these issues,the government needs to design a top-down strategy,improve the policy system,accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,build a digital rural industry chain,empower government management with digital technologies,and establish a diversified and collaborative governance mechanism.
