乡村教师定向培养中的伦理关怀:困境与对策

摘要 乡村教师定向培养计划的目标是优化乡村教师队伍质量,希望通过免费和编制吸引优秀师范生到乡村工作,保障乡村教师队伍的持续供给,促进城乡教师资源的均衡配置。在乡村师范生学习、生活过程中,均离不开伦理关系的影响。乡村师范生定向培养的伦理困境主要集中在理性与非理性、乡村与城市、稳定与发展三个方面。面向师范生的伦理关怀需要以乡村生活背景为基础,以尊重师范生意愿的人文关怀为宗旨,以相关制度为保障,以师范生终身发展为目标。 The goal of the targeted training plan for rural teachers is to optimize the quality of rural primary school teachers,hoping to attract excellent normal students to work in rural areas through free and staffing,ensure the sustainable supply of rural teachers,and promote the balanced allocation of urban and rural teacher resources.Throughout the learning and living experiences of teacher candidates in rural areas,ethical considerations play a pivotal role.Ethical predicaments in the targeted training of rural teacher candidates primarily revolve around rationality versus irrationality,rural versus urban contexts,and stability versus development.Ethical care directed towards teacher candidates necessitates a foundation in rural life experiences,a humane approach that respects the candidates'preferences,institutional support,and a focus on their lifelong development.
