基于知识生成理念的高校实践教学模式改革与探索——以南京财经大学为例

Reform and Exploration of University Practical Teaching Model Based on the Knowledge Generation Concept——A Case Study of Nanjing University of Finance&Economics

实践教学作为人才培养的重要手段,在新的历史时期,更是承载着培育有持续创新能力,满足时代要求之高质量人才的历史使命,需要持续地改革与探索。针对传统实践教学中存在的问题,秉承知识生成理念,以知识的生成创新机制为指导并结合创新性人才培养实际,从制度设计、软硬件保障、教学模式重构、开放共享、能力训练等方面研究探讨了推进高校实践教学模式改革的路径和具体举措。

Practical teaching,as a vital means of talent cultivation,carries the historical mission of fostering high-quality talents with sustained innovative abilities and meeting the demands of the times,particularly in the new historical period.Continuous reform and exploration are required.Addressing the issues present in traditional practical teaching,guided by the concept of knowledge generation and innovation mechanisms,and aligned with the practical needs of innovative talent cultivation,this study examines the path and specific measures for advancing the reform of university practical teaching models.It covers aspects like institutional design,hardware and software support,instructional mode reconstruction,open sharing,and skills training.
