水中运动训练对小儿脑性瘫痪者肢体运动功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨水中运动训练对小儿脑性瘫痪者肢体运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。【方法】选取2020年1月至2022年2月本院收治的80例脑性瘫痪患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照行常规综合康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上联合水中运动训练。比较两组患儿临床疗效,比较两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)、精细运动功能量表(FMFM)评分,比较两组患儿治疗前后步行10 m步数、时间及Berg平衡量表(Berg)评分及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分。【结果】观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿GMFM评分、FMFM评分显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿步行10 m步数和时间短于同组治疗前,Berg评分高于同组治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后步行10 m步数和时间短于对照组,Berg评分高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);两组患儿ADL、WeeFIM评分显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】水中运动训练用于小儿脑性瘫痪中能够有效增加患儿肌力,提高肢体运动功能,改善日常生活能力。 【Objective】To explore the effect of underwater exercise training on limb motor function and daily living ability in children with cerebral palsy.【Methods】A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the observation group received combined water sports training on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of children,including the Gross Motor Function Scale(GMFM)and Fine Motor Function Scale(FMFM)scores before and after treatment.We also compared the number and time of 10 meters of walking,as well as the Berg Balance Scale(Berg)score,Daily Activity Power Scale(ADL),and the Functional Independence Measure for Children(WeeFIM)scores before and after treatment.【Results】The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the GMFM scores and FMFM scores of the two groups of children were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The number of steps and time for walking 10 meters in both groups of children were shorter than before treatment in the same group,and the Berg score was higher than before treatment in the same group(P<0.05);After treatment,the number and time of walking 10 meters in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the Berg score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The ADL and the WeeFIM scores of the two groups of children were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Underwater exercise training can effectively increase muscle strength,improve limb motor function,and improve daily living ability in children with cerebral palsy.
