摘要 采用胶体金免疫层析法检测果蔬中残留毒死蜱,并研究前处理方法条件对检测结果的影响。结果表明:最佳前处理条件为以乙酸乙酯为提取剂、样品用量4 g、提取剂用量8 mL、上清液体积6 mL、氮气吹干。前处理方法既快速又准确,能够进行现场检测,具有较好的实用性。 Chlorpyrifos in fruits and vegetables was detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography,and the effect of pretreatment conditions on the detection results was studied.The results showed that the optimal pretreatment conditions were using ethyl acetate as the extractant,sample dosage 4 g,extractant dosage 8 mL,supernatant liquid volume 6 mL,and blowing dry by nitrogen gas.The preprocessing method is fast and accurate,capable of on-site detection,and has good practicality.
