摘要
建立通过顶空-气相色谱测定食品中环氧乙烷和2-氯乙醇的检测方法。结果表明:方法条件为DB-624色谱柱、样品称样量1 g、加水量4 g、顶空平衡温度80℃、顶空平衡时间30 min;建立的方法在0~10μg/mL检测范围内,线性关系良好;环氧乙烷的检出限和定量限分别为0.02 mg/kg和0.05 mg/kg,2-氯乙醇的检出限和定量限分别为0.20 mg/kg和0.50 mg/kg;环氧乙烷和2-氯乙醇的平均加标回收率分别为92.20%~103.30%、93.81%~108.30%,相对标准偏差分别为0.99%~3.67%、0.91%~5.94%。
A method for the determination of ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol in food by headspace gas chromatography was established.The results showed that the method conditions were DB-624 chromatographic column,sample weight 1 g,water addition 4 g,headspace equilibrium temperature 80℃,and headspace equilibrium time 30 min.The established method had a good linear relationship within the detection range of 0-10μg/mL.The detection limit and quantification limit of ethylene oxide were 0.02 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively.The detection limit and quantification limit of 2-chloroethanol were 0.20 mg/kg and 0.50 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol were 92.20%-103.30%and 93.81%-108.30%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations were 0.99%-3.67%and 0.91%-5.94%,respectively.
