PRiME HLB固相萃取结合液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定谷物中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量

摘要 建立PRiME HLB固相萃取结合液相色谱-串联质谱法测定谷物中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的分析方法,并对方法进行验证。结果表明:方法以乙腈-5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含体积分数0.1%甲酸)为流动相,乙腈提取,Oasis Prime HLB固相萃取柱净化。氯虫苯甲酰胺在质量浓度0.2~100.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.9991;方法定量限为0.0005 mg/kg,加标回收率为84.6%~107.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.0%~9.4%。方法可满足谷物中氯虫苯甲酰胺的准确定性、定量检测。 A PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of chlorantraniliprole residues in cereals,and the method was validated.The results showed that the mobile phase of the method was acetonitrile-5 mmol/L aqueous ammonium acetate(containing 0.1%formic acid by volume),the samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by Oasis Prime HLB solid phase extraction column.Chlorantraniliprole had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.2-100.0 ng/mL,with a linear correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9991.The quantitative limit of the method was 0.0005 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 84.6%-107.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 4.0%-9.4%.The method can be used for the accurate qualitative and quantitative determination of chlorantraniliprole benzamide in cereals.
