摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法检测水中三氯甲烷的质量浓度,毛细管色谱柱为HP-5,检测器为电子捕获检测器(ECD)。实验结果表明:三氯甲烷的线性范围为0~60.0μg/L,相关因子为0.9995;精密度为2.8%~4.3%;加标回收率91.8%~104.0%;检出限为0.2μg/L。该方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中三氯甲烷的测定。
Headspace gas chromatography was used to detect the mass concentration of trichloromethane in water.The capillary column was HP-5 and the detector was electron capture detector(ECD).The results show the linear range of trichloromethane of 0~60.0μg/L,the correlation factor of 0.9995,the precision of 2.8%~4.3%,recoveries with standard addition of 91.8%~104.0%,and detection limit of 0.2μg/L.The method is recommended for determination of trichloromethane content in water as it is simple,rapid,and has good precision and accuracy.
