绍兴市居民电子烟使用状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on Prevalence and Influencing Factors of E-Cigarette Smoking Among Residents in Shaoxing City

目的了解绍兴市居民电子烟流行状况并分析其影响因素,为有针对性地开展控烟干预提供基础资料。方法于2021年在绍兴市6个区、县(市)采用多阶段抽样的方法,选取15~69岁常住居民作为调查对象进行入户调查。结果绍兴市居民的电子烟使用率为1.17%。Logistic回归分析结果显示:现在吸烟、男性是居民电子烟使用的危险因素,在婚是居民电子烟使用的保护因素。结论绍兴市居民电子烟使用率高于全国平均水平,电子烟流行状况不容乐观。应加强卷烟和电子烟相关危害知识和控烟技能等的健康教育,尤其是要在吸卷烟的男性居民中开展控烟健康教育。

Objective To understand the prevalence of e-cigarette among residents in Shaoxing City,analyze its influencing factors,and provide the basic information for targeted tobacco control.Methods In 2021,a multi-stage sampling method will be adopted in 6 districts and counties(cities)of Shaoxing,and permanent residents aged 15-69 had be selected as the survey objects for household survey.Results The utilization rate of e-cigarette among residents in Shaoxing City was 1.17%.Logistic regression analysis showed that current cigarette smoking and men were the risk factors for e-cigarettes smoking,and marriage was the protective factors for e-cigarettes smoking.Conclusion The utilization rate of e-cigarette of residents in Shaoxing is higher than the national average,and the prevalence of e-cigarette is not optimistic.Health education on cigarette and e-cigarette related hazard knowledge and smoking control skills should be strengthened,especially among male cigarette smoking residents.
