上海市社区高血压患者血压控制现况及影响因素研究

A Study on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Blood Pressure Control in Community Hypertensive Patients in Shanghai

目的了解社区高血压患者的血压控制现况,分析血压控制水平及影响因素。方法选取上海市黄浦区参加社区规范化管理的高血压患病人群为研究对象,研究血压控制的影响因素,单因素分析采用χ2检验和t检验,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果本研究共有2591名对象纳入分析。高血压患者的血压控制率为61.87%;单因素分析显示不同性别、年龄组、受教育水平以及是否吸烟、是否饮酒、不同BMI指数的患者比较,高血压控制率不同(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,年龄、饮酒、超重和肥胖是高血压患者血压控制的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论应进一步鼓励高血压患者戒烟限酒,维持正常体质指数,尤其要加强老年人群血压控制的随访管理,将血压控制在正常水平。

Objective To understand the current status of blood pressure control in community hypertensive patients and analyze the influencing factors of blood pressure control level.Methods The hypertension patients who participated in the standardized management of the community in Huangpu District of Shanghai were selected as the research objects,and the influencing factors of blood pressure control were studied.Chi-squared test and t-test were used for single factor analysis,and logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results A total of 2591 subjects were included in the analysis.Among community managed hypertension patients,the blood pressure control rate was 61.87%.Univariate analysis showed that the blood pressure control rate varied among the patients of different genders,age groups,education levels,smoking,alcohol consumption,and BMI indices(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age,alcohol consumption,overweight,and obesity are risk factors for blood pressure control in hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertensive patients should be further encouraged to quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption,maintain normal body mass index,especially strengthen follow-up management of blood pressure control in the elderly population,and control blood pressure at normal levels.
