泉州市鲤城区2022年居民健康素养监测分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Health Literacy of Residents in Licheng District of Quanzhou City in 2022

目的了解泉州市鲤城区居民健康素养水平及影响因素,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取2022年泉州市鲤城区15~69岁常住居民660人进行问卷调查。结果泉州市鲤城区2022年居民总体健康素养具备率为38.7%,其中不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、年收入、是否患慢性病的居民健康素养水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三方面健康素养水平较高的是基本知识与理念素养(48.8%);六类问题中健康素养水平较高的为安全与急救(72.4%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、文化程度和职业是健康素养水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论泉州市鲤城区2022年居民健康素养水平总体良好,但存在知识点不均衡的情况。应进一步开展特定人群的健康教育与健康促进,以全方位提升居民健康素养水平。

Objective To understand the level of health literacy of residents in Licheng District of Quanzhou City and its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for formulating intervention strategies.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 660 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Licheng District,Quanzhou City in 2022 for a questionnaire survey.Results The overall health literacy level of residents in Licheng District of Quanzhou City in 2022 was 38.7%,among which the health literacy level of people of different gender,age,marital status,education level,occupation,annual income,and whether they had chronic diseases was statistically significant(P<0.05).Basic knowledge and concept literacy(48.8%)had a high level of health literacy in three aspects,and safety and first aid(72.4%)had a high level of health literacy in six categories.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,education level and occupation were the influencing factors of health literacy(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Licheng District of Quanzhou City in 2022 is generally good,but there are some imbalances in the content.Health education and health promotion for specific populations should be further carried out to comprehensively improve the health literacy level of residents.
