福州市大学生电子烟知信行状况调查

Investigation on the Knowledge,Belief and Practice of Electronic Cigarette Among College Students in Fuzhou

目的了解福州市大学生使用电子烟状况及其影响因素,为控制大学生电子烟的流行提供建议。方法采用问卷调查法,分析大学生对于电子烟的认知、行为、使用等情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果电子烟的知晓率为82.75%、使用率为11.1%。不同性别、年级、生活费不同、自身是否吸烟、父母是否吸烟的大学生比较,其电子烟的使用情况差异有统计学意义。不同吸烟、知晓电子烟状况的大学生对电子烟的认知情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有57.2%的大学生对电子烟持不支持态度;有10.3%的大学生表示有电子烟的使用意愿;有15.3%的大学生愿意将电子烟推荐给他人。在电子烟的获得渠道方面,有45.5%的大学生通过网络社交媒体(QQ、微信等)获得,有40.9%的人为朋友赠送或父母使用。结论大学生个人及政府部门应积极提升个人素养、完善监督管理制度,共同营造良好的社会控烟环。

Objective To understand the status of electronic cigarette use among college students in Fuzhou and its influencing factors,so as to provide suggestions for controlling the prevalence of electronic cigarette among college students.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to analyze the cognition,behavior and use of electronic cigarette among college students,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The awareness rate of electronic cigarette was 82.75%,and the use rate of electronic cigarette was 11.1%.There were significant differences in the use of electronic cigarette among different genders,grades,living expenses,whether they smoked,and whether their parents smoked.There was a statistically significant difference of college students'cognition of electronic cigarette among students with different smoking and knowing about electronic cigarette(P<0.05).The proportion of college students who did not support electronic cigarette was 57.2%,10.3%of college students expressed their willingness to use electronic cigarette;15.3%of college students were willing to recommend electronic cigarette to others.In terms of access to electronic cigarette,45.5%of college students obtained it through online social media(QQ,WeChat,etc.),and 40.9%obtained electronic cigarette as a gift for friends or for parents.Conclusion College students and government departments should actively enhance their personal literacy,improve their supervision and management system,and jointly create a good social smoking control environment.
