上海市医学科普大赛2014—2022年参赛数据分析

Analysis of Data for Shanghai Medical Science Popularization Competition from 2014 to 2022

目的分析历届上海市青年医学科普大赛的参赛数据,以反映上海地区公立医院九年来医学科普工作的变化。方法收集该大赛第一至第九届的比赛数据并进行分析。结果参赛作品从首届的34项增加到第九届的1343项,参赛单位也从26个增加到116个。到第九届,公立医院占参赛单位数的89.1%;公立医院作品数占总作品数的92.3%,其中,增长主要集中在公立三级医院,社区卫生服务中心的报名单位和参赛作品比例均明显下降;公立医院参赛选手的研究生学历占比为54.5%、高级职称占24.1%。参赛选手的岗位构成为临床(41%)、护理(14%)、医技(21%)和行政部门(24%)。参赛学科从第一届的8个到第九届的50个学科全覆盖,其中三级医院参赛平均学科数从1.5个增加到18.6个。疾病康复和护理知识、药物和医疗器械知识以及检验、检查知识的增长明显。作品表现形式从科普演讲为主向多种表现形式转变。结论九年来上海市公立三级医院对医学科普工作的重视度明显提高,各学科和部门骨干人员普遍参与科普工作,科普主题和表现形式契合社会受众关注热点和接受习惯,但基层卫生机构的科普工作积极性有待提高。

Objective To analyze the participation data of previous Shanghai Youth Medical Science Popularization Competition to reflect the changes in medical science popularization work of public hospitals in Shanghai over the past nine years.Methods The data from the first to ninth competitions were collected and analyzed.Results The number of entries increased from 34 in the first edition to 1343 in the ninth edition,and the number of participating units increased from 26 to 116.By the 9th edition,public hospitals accounted for 89.1%of the participating units,and the number of public hospitals'works accounted for 92.3%of the total number of works,of which the growth was mainly concentrated in public tertiary hospitals,and the proportion of applicants and entries in community health care center declined significantly.The proportion of participants from public hospitals who had a postgraduate degree was 54.5%,and 24.1%had a professional titles.The job composition of the participating contestants were clinical(41%),nursing(14%),medical technology(21%),and administrative department(24%).The number of participating disciplines increased from 8 in the first edition to a full disciplinary coverage in the ninth edition,with the average number of disciplines participating in tertiary hospitals increasing from 1.5 to 18.6.The knowledge of disease rehabilitation and nursing,drugs and medical devices,as well as the knowledge of testing and examination has significantly increased.The form of expression of works has shifted from popular science speeches to various forms of expression.Conclusion In the past decade,public tertiary hospitals in Shanghai have significantly increased their emphasis on medical science popularization work,and key personnel from various disciplines and departments have generally participated in science popularization work.The theme and manifestation of science popularization are in line with the hot topics and acceptance habits of social audiences.However,the enthusiasm for science popularization work in grassroots health institutions needs to be improved.
