三农问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。自国家实施乡村振兴战略以来,我国“三农”工作取得了举世瞩目的重大成就。大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,在国家一系列政策的支持下,大学生返乡创业为乡村振兴增添了诸多活力,有效推动了乡村的建设和发展。但受各方面因素影响,大学生返乡创业依然面临诸多难题和困惑。通过营造浓厚的创新创业氛围、强化大学生创新创业意识、提高大学生创新创业素质能力等举措来解决大学生返乡创业问题,充分发挥大学生在推动乡村建设与发展中的生力军作用。

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China's work about agriculture,rural areas and farmers has made remarkable achievements.College students are the precious human resources of the country.With the support of a series of national policies,college students returning home to start a business have added a lot of vitality to rural revitalization and effectively promoted rural construction and development.However,affected by various factors,college students still face many problems and perplexities in the process.Through creating a strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthening college students'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,improving college students'quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and other measures,China solves the problems of college students returning home to start a business,and gives full play to the role of college students in promoting rural construction and development.
