摘要
固-液旋流器具有结构简单、效率高及可连续操作等优点,在环保、能源等领域的固体浓缩、固体杂质脱除过程中得到了广泛应用,其分离性能受多种因素影响,其中结构参数是主要的影响因素之一,是技术改进的重点研究方向。基于固-液旋流分离原理,从入口结构、溢流管、底流管、柱体段、锥体段及内构件优化等方面总结了最近30余年固-液旋流器结构参数优化的技术研究成果,对未来可行的结构优化方向进行了展望。可为固-液旋流器的选择和结构优化提供指导。
The solid-liquid cyclone has the advantages of simple structure,high separation efficiency,continuous operation,etc.It is widely used in the process of solid concentration and solid impurity removal in the fields of environmental protection and energy.The separation performance is affected by many factors,among which the structural parameters are one of the main influencing factors.Based on the principle of solid-liquid cyclone separation,the structure optimization of the solid-liquid cyclone was introduced by focusing on the structural parameters such as the inlet structure,overflow pipe,underflow pipe,column section,cone section and internal parts optimization,and the future feasible structural optimization direction was pointed out.It can provide guidance for the selection and structural optimization of solid-liquid cyclones.
