裂解炉含铝高温合金炉管发展与应用

摘要 阐述了裂解炉含铝高温合金炉管的发展历程及其在乙烯装置的应用情况。介绍了目前已经商业化的含铝高温合金炉管的性能和应用情况。从蠕变特性和氧化膜形成过程两个角度,分析了含铝高温合金炉管组成成分对炉管性能的影响。从裂解炉运行周期、稀释蒸汽用量、炉管力学性能等指标对比了铬镍合金炉管和含铝高温合金炉管在乙烯装置的应用情况,总结了含铝高温合金炉管的应用为乙烯装置带来的优势,展望了这类新型炉管在国内乙烯行业的发展前景。 The development of high temperature alumina-forming alloys for cracking furnaces and its application in ethylene plants were described.From the perspective of creep characteristics and oxide film formation,the relationship between the composition and performance of alumina-forming alloys was analyzed.The application of furnace tube made of chromium-forming alloys and alumina-forming alloys in ethylene plants was compared by cracking furnace run length,dilution steam consumption,mechanical properties,and other indexes,and the advantages of applying alumina-forming alloys in ethylene plants were summarized.The future development of these new furnace tubes in the domestic ethylene industry has prospected.
