高温对不同玉米品种种子发芽率的影响

Effect of High Temperature on Seed Germination Rate of Different Maize Varieties

以金赛34、郑单958、金来8号、荃玉388等4个玉米品种为对象,研究高温对玉米种子发芽率的影响,分析不同品种玉米对高温的耐受性。结果表明,4个玉米品种在35~50℃处理下耐受性较强,在60℃处理下荃玉388发芽率保持在30%以上,显著高于其他3个玉米品种,高温耐受性强;金赛34、郑单958和金来8号发芽率低,部分种子失活死亡。播种前,可对种子进行一定温度处理提高种子活力,使出苗率增加。

Four maize varieties,Jinsai34,Zhengdan958,Jinlai8 and Quanyu388,were studied the effect of high temperature on the germination rate of maize seeds,and analyzed the tolerance of different maize varieties to high temperature in order to adapt to the current environmental changes.The results showed that the four maize varieties had strong tolerance under 35-50℃,and the germination rate of Quanyu388 was above 30%under 60℃,which was significantly higher than that of the other three maize varieties.The high temperature tolerance was strong,while the germination rate of Jinsai34,Zhengdan958 and Jinlai8 was low,and some seeds were inactivated and died.Before sowing,the seeds can be treated with certain temperature to improve seed vitality and increase the emergence rate.
