美国教师教育专业认证的价值取向--基于社会正义理论的视角

The Value Orientation of American Teacher Education accreditation:Based on the perspective of social justice theory

摘要 教师教育专业认证制度是教师教育质量保障体系的重要一环,对保证教师教育机构的培养质量,进而保证和提升教师质量和教育质量发挥着关键作用。美国作为专业认证制度的起源地,其教师教育专业认证制度已走过近百年的历史,并表现出对社会正义价值的强烈追求。在梳理美国教师教育专业认证追求社会正义价值的历史进程的基础上,以美国著名社会正义教师教育家玛丽莲·科克伦-史密斯(Marilyn Cochran-Smith)社会正义取向的教师教育理论为指导,总结出美国教师教育专业认证在追求社会正义价值过程中所遵循的四方面标准和要求:(1)招募与选拔具有多元文化背景的教师;(2)开设与社会正义相关的教师教育课程;(3)重视职前教师在跨文化社区的教育实习与实践;(4)给予教师教育项目充分自主权。 The professional accreditation system for teacher education is an important part of the teacher education quality assurance system,which plays a key role in ensuring the training quality of tea-cher education institutions,and thus ensuring and improving the quality of teachers and education.As the origin of the professional accreditation system in the United States,the development of its teacher education professional accreditation system has gone through nearly a hundred years of history,and it has shown a strong pursuit of social justice values.On the basis of sorting out the historical process of the pursuit of social justice value in the professional accreditation of American teacher education,and guided by the social justice oriented teacher education theory of the famous American social justice teacher educator Marilyn Cochran-Smith.There four standards and requirements of American teacher education professional accreditation in the pursuit of social justice values:recruiting and selecting teachers with multicultural backgrounds;offering teacher education courses related to social justice;attaching importance to pre-service teachers in intercultural communities education practice and practice;giving full autonomy to teacher education programs.
