锂盐/甘油/1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐改性玉米淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯共混材料的结构与性能 被引量:1

摘要 为制备具有良好性能的淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)共混材料,采用锂盐、甘油和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)复合的方法构建了新型改性剂,通过熔融共混法制备了淀粉/PBS共混材料,考察了由不同锂盐制备的改性剂的作用效果,研究了改性剂对淀粉/PBS共混材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,锂盐中的阴离子对锂盐/甘油/[BMIM]Cl改性淀粉/PBS结构与性能影响显著,在LiF,LiCl,LiBr和LiI中,LiF,LiBr和LiI的作用效果较差,采用LiCl构建的LiCl/甘油/[BMIM]Cl复合改性剂对淀粉/PBS具有良好的改性作用。LiCl/甘油/[BMIM]Cl复合改性剂能通过破坏氢键、降低淀粉/PBS结晶度改善淀粉与PBS的相容性,提高共混材料的韧性,表现出比甘油/[BMIM]Cl更好的作用效果。采用LiCl/甘油/[BMIM]Cl(质量分数为7.0%LiCl、37.2%甘油和55.8%[BMIM]Cl)在质量分数为21.5%的条件下制备的改性淀粉/PBS共混材料(淀粉与PBS的质量比为2:3)具有良好的力学性能,拉伸强度为13.69MPa、断裂伸长率可达165.40%。 In order to prepare starch/polybutylene succinate(PBS)blends with good properties,a novel modifier was constructed by compounding lithium salt,glycerol and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride salt([BMIM]Cl),and the starch/PBS blends were prepared by melt blending method.The influences of modifiers prepared from different lithium salts as modifiers were studied,and the effects of modification on the structure and properties of starch/PBS were investigated.The results show that the anion in lithium salts have significant influences on the structure and properties of LiCl/glycerol/[BMIM]Cl modified starch/PBS.Among LiF,LiCl,LiBr and LiI,the effects of LiF,LiBr and LiI are less effective,and the LiCl/glycerol/[BMIM]Cl compound modifier constructed with LiCl has good modification on starch/PBS.The LiCl/glycerol/[BMIM]Cl composite modifier can improve the compatibility between starch and PBS,and enhance the toughness of the blended material by breaking the hydrogen bond and reducing the crystallinity of CS/PBS,and showing a better effect than glycerol/[BMIM]Cl.The modified starch/PBS blend(starch to PBS mass ratio of 2:3)prepared by using LiCl/glycerol/[BMIM]Cl(composition of 7.0%LiCl,37.2%glycerol,55.8%[BMIM]Cl)at 21.5%addition has good mechanical properties,the tensile strength is 13.69 MPa and the elongation at break can reach 165.40%.
