中印规范的钢结构角焊缝设计对比

摘要 参照印度IS 800:2007《钢结构设计规范》和中国GB 50017-2017《钢结构设计标准》中角焊缝的设计要求,论文从钢材性能、焊缝连接构造和焊缝设计强度三方面分析了中印规范对角焊缝设计要求的异同,并通过特定实例进行对比分析。结果表明,虽然国标和印标在角焊缝设计理论依据基本一致,但国标在焊缝连接构造的设计上要求更为严格,在焊缝应力计算上更接近于实际应力值。 With reference to fillet weld design requirements of IS 800:2007 and GB 50017-2017 for steel structure design code,this paper analyzes similarities and differences of fillet weld design between Chinese and Indian codes based on steel properties,weld joint requirements and weld design strength,and complete a contrastive analysis by engineering examples.The result shows that although the theoretical basis of the fillet weld design is the basically same,but welding joint requirements are more stringent in Chinese code,as well as calculation values of weld stress in Chinese code approximates the actual stress values.
