筏板基础钢筋工具式支撑研制与操作技术研究

摘要 大体积筏板基础水平钢筋之间需要设置支撑措施,以保证上下层钢筋稳固定位,并保护作业面施工人员安全。常规采用大直径钢筋焊制支架作为马凳筋,并与结构钢筋一同隐埋在筏板混凝土内,存在耗材成本高、布置不规范、焊接质量不良,承载力不足等工艺缺陷,在上部荷载作用下,筏板钢筋及其支撑体系抗侧移能力差,容易发生失稳坍塌的安全事故。论文基于改进现有工艺的不足,研制用于筏板基础钢筋的工具式支撑,兼具精控钢筋保护层、支撑筏板上层主筋、控制基础顶面标高等功能,并可周转使用,预防安全生产及工程质量的事故隐患,确保大体积混凝土基础实体结构安全。 Support measures need to be provided between the horizontal reinforcements of the mass raft foundation to ensure the stable positioning of the upper and lower reinforcements,and to protect the safety of construction personnel at the working face.Generally,welded supports made of large diameter steel bars are used as horse stool bars,which are buried in raft concrete together with structural steel bars.There are process defects such as high cost of consumables,non-standard layout,poor welding quality,and insufficient bearing capacity.Under the action of upper loads,raft steel bars and their support systems have poor lateral displacement resistance,which is prone to safety accidents such as instability and collapse.Based on improving the shortcomings of the existing technology,this paper develops a tool type support for raft foundation reinforcement,which has the functions of fine controlling the reinforcement protection layer,supporting the main reinforcement on the upper layer of the raft,and controlling the elevation of the foundation top surface.It can be reused to prevent potential accidents in safety production and engineering quality,and ensure the safety of the solid structure of mass concrete foundation.
