摘要
以袁州区2020年棚户区改造PPP项目学府小区一期A区工程为例,分析了岩溶地质条件对桩基础施工的影响,提出了片石黏土筑壁施工技术,结合一般溶洞、特殊溶洞、细砂层三种地质情况,对桩基础施工技术进行了优化改良,有效地解决了岩溶地质对桩基施工的不良影响,保障了桩基础施工的进度与质量,规避了施工安全风险,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
Taking Area A,Phase I of Xuefu community a shantytown renovation project of Yuanzhou district in 2020 as an example,the influence of karst geological conditions on pile foundation construction is analyzed,and the schist clay wall construction technology is proposed,and the pile foundation construction technology is optimized and improved by combining the general karst cave,special karst cave and fine sand layer geological conditions.It effectively solves the adverse influence of karst geology on pile foundation construction,guarantees the progress and quality of pile foundation construction,avoids construction safety risks,and can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
